What you get
The essentials, done right
Fully hydraulic bending
Clamp die, pressure die and mandrel extraction all run on hydraulic power, with DDT direct gear transmission for smooth, consistent bends.
Wiper die as standard
A wiper die block is included as standard—essential for thin-wall tube, where it prevents wrinkles on the inside of the bend.
Quick-change tooling
A quick-change tooling system keeps changeover fast, plus sequentially adjustable flip stops for repeatable tube positioning.
Mandrel bending
Clean Bends in Thin-Wall Tube
The mandrel capability is the key differentiator here. Many cheaper hydraulic machines don't include mandrel support, which limits you to thicker walls and larger radii. The Atlas B series handles thin-wall bending properly, with mandrel, wiper die and pressure die as standard.
Hydraulic exhaust pipe bending, for example, needs a mandrel to get clean bends without collapsing the tube—and these machines handle it without trouble. The same goes for copper pipe and square-tube work: the right tooling does the job.
