Yalın means "plain, simple"—one job, done right.
This is one of those machines that doesn't get enough attention but causes real problems when you skip the step. Feed a burred tube into a bending machine and the burr damages the mandrel, wears the wiper die faster and shortens tooling life. On the finished part, burrs damage inserts and seals, scratch mating surfaces and make the product look cheap. A quick pass through a deburring machine before bending solves all of that.

Two technologies, one job
Cutter Head or Wire Brush
The Yalın 48 and 60 use rotating cutter heads—actual cutting tools that shave the burr off the inside and outside of the tube end. Fast, precise, and it gives a defined, chamfer-like finish. That's the right approach for small-to-medium diameter tube with consistent wall thickness.
The Yalın 250 uses rotating steel wire brushes instead, polishing the burr off without removing parent material. For large-diameter pipe that's more forgiving on wall-thickness variation and won't over-cut a soft material—on 200–250 mm pipe you don't want a cutter taking a bite out of the end. Same result either way: a tube end that's safe to handle, safe to feed into your bender and ready for assembly.

From Precision Tubing to Large Pipe
Yalın 48 — Cutter Head
Ø8–48 mm, a compact 20 kg tabletop unit (0.18 kW, 140 rpm) you can move anywhere in the shop. Our most popular model—most tube work falls in this range.
Yalın 60 — Cutter Head
Ø16–60 mm, the same concept with more torque for larger tubes (0.36 kW, 30 kg). Still tabletop, still very portable.
Yalın 250 — Wire Brush
Ø8–250 mm, an upright 35 kg machine for large-diameter pipe in structural, shipyard and heavy industrial work. Few deburring machines reach 250 mm.

Why bother with a deburring step
Insurance for Your Other Equipment
The best way to think about a deburring machine is as insurance for your other equipment. Its cost is small compared with replacing a damaged mandrel on a bender, or scrapping bent tubes because of surface defects from burrs. Customers who track mandrel replacement before and after adding a Yalın report it pays for itself quickly.
It matters downstream too: cleanly deburred tube ends weld better, seal better against o-rings and gaskets, and don't cut operators' hands during handling. Small detail, big impact.

The Yalın 48 and 250 diameter ranges overlap—the difference is the technology, not the capacity. On large or variable-wall pipe the wire brush is the safer choice; the cutter head gives a defined, chamfer-like edge on smaller consistent-wall tube.
