Lower energy consumption
Draws less than a comparable hydraulic machine, cutting running costs across multi-shift production.

A fully servo-driven CNC tube bending machine that runs on electric axes only—no hydraulics, cleaner operation and consistent bend accuracy, shift after shift.
If you've been around tube bending long enough, you know how much time and money goes into maintaining hydraulic systems—oil changes, seal replacements, temperature swings affecting tolerances. That's exactly why we developed the EOS CNC Electric Tube Bender series.
The EOS is fully servo-driven and runs on electric axes only. Every movement—feed, rotation, bending, mandrel—is handled by high-torque servo motors. The result is cleaner operation, less downtime and consistent bend accuracy all day long, with substantially lower energy bills after switching from hydraulic.
Draws less than a comparable hydraulic machine, cutting running costs across multi-shift production.
Zero fluid disposal costs and a cleaner shop floor—no oil to change, no filters, no leak risk.
Servo motors run cool and quiet; operators notice the lower noise, especially on longer shifts.
Multiple axes move simultaneously, so parts come off the machine faster.
Import 3D geometry, simulate the full sequence and check for collisions before any material is cut.
Absolute encoders on every axis mean no homing at start-up—turn the machine on and it's ready, even after a power outage.
Stored material profiles apply spring back compensation automatically for repeatable geometry, job after job.

Every axis uses absolute encoders, so the machine knows exactly where it is at all times—even after a power outage. There's no homing sequence at start-up: you turn it on and it's ready to go, saving real production hours over a year.
Spring back compensation is built into the controller. If you bend stainless or thin-wall aluminium, you know how tricky spring back can be. The EOS stores material profiles, so you dial in compensation once and recall it for every future job—and the system learns and saves on-the-fly adjustments.
Full technical data for the EOS 20 is in the Technical data section below.

Every EOS machine runs on ETU, our own CNC platform—a large touchscreen with full 3D simulation, so operators can import CAD geometry, verify in simulation and save unlimited programs.
Visualise the entire bending process before production; the system flags interference between tube, tooling and machine to prevent costly errors and damage.
An integrated 3D preview shows L, R, A, CLR and stack parameters for each bend; adjust spring back, mandrel retraction and elongation in real time.
The built-in AI assistant analyses error conditions, identifies probable causes and suggests corrective actions automatically—reducing downtime significantly.
Import STEP files directly; the software extracts L, R, A and bend radius values, builds a 3D preview and calculates tube length for fast verification.
Convert XYZ coordinate data into LRA bending parameters with CW/CCW direction logic and a live 3D preview, reducing programming errors.
Watch full-electric bending, left & right bending and automated production lines on DuralBend EOS machines.
The frame is heavy-duty steel with precision ball-screws on every axis, so geometric accuracy holds up under continuous production. The EOS platform is configured around the part family you actually run—tooling packages are available for left-right bending, variable radius and push-bending setups.
Need automation? Options include automatic loaders and unloading systems, barcode-driven part selection and Industry 4.0 connectivity for data logging and OEE tracking. Every EOS is designed and built in-house—casting, machining, electrical assembly and calibration, all under one roof.

Core electrical, motion and hydraulic components are selected from established global manufacturers, including Schneider Electric, Yaskawa, Festo, Atos, INA, SICK, Wittenstein and Rossi.
