MyDural Industry 4.0

MyDural MES · Industry 4.0

MyDural Web

MyDural brings live data from Dural CNC machines, active bending programs, OEE, maintenance, quality and production workflows into a single browser-based platform. Teams work from the same production information, whether they are beside the machine or reviewing the shop floor remotely.

Web-based PC · tablet · phone Live machine data MES-ready architecture
MyDural MES live production dashboard showing connected tube bending machines
Production status refreshed within seconds
One live dashboardMachines, programs, targets, output, scrap and alerts
Three OEE factorsAvailability, Performance and Quality
Nearly 20 monitored pointsUsage and remaining-life indicators
One shared production recordOperators, tooling, faults, tasks and output
A shared production view

See what is running, understand what is changing and respond before output is lost.

MyDural replaces disconnected spreadsheets, paper notes and isolated machine screens with one reliable source of information for production, engineering, maintenance and management.

01

See the shop floor clearly

Review machine status, operator, active program, planned quantity, actual output and scrap from one screen.

02

Follow the active bend program

View the current L, R, A and CLR rows alongside the corresponding 3D part geometry.

03

Identify performance losses

Use OEE and production reports to distinguish losses in Availability, Performance and Quality.

04

Plan the right response

Turn alarms, component usage and production events into clear maintenance actions and traceable tasks.

Live production

The active program remains visible beyond the operator panel.

The selected program stays linked to live machine movement. Production and engineering teams can confirm the part, review the current bending data and identify an incorrect program or machine assignment before a complete batch is affected.

  • Machine, line and program identity shown together
  • Bend-by-bend LRA and CLR values synchronized with production
  • A real-time 3D view generated from the numerical program
  • Target, actual output and scrap monitoring for each machine

Use data to improve

Production performance and machine condition should be reviewed together.

MyDural links what each machine produced with how it performed and which critical components are approaching their service thresholds.

MyDural OEE report with availability performance quality and daily production charts

OEE and production reports

Review Availability, Performance and Quality, then filter production and scrap trends to identify capacity losses by machine and period.

MyDural predictive maintenance dashboard with component health levels

Usage-based maintenance insight

Track movements, operating hours and remaining-life indicators across critical mechanical, motion and safety components. Maintenance can then be planned before a failure interrupts production.

Choose the right level

Begin with connected visibility and expand to full MES control.

MyDural can begin with machine monitoring and maintenance, then extend into production planning, material flow, quality and traceability as requirements develop.

Monitoring + maintenance

MyDural SM

Designed for manufacturers that need live production visibility, engineering tools, OEE, fault history and maintenance information from connected Dural machines.

  • Everything in MyDural S Engineering Tools
  • Live dashboard and active-program monitoring
  • OEE, production and scrap reports
  • Faults, notifications and digital task assignment
  • Predictive maintenance indicators

Machine connectivity, ERP integration and compatibility with installed equipment are confirmed following a technical review of the controller and available machine data.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions about MyDural MES.

What can I monitor in MyDural MES?

MyDural can monitor connected machine status, planned and actual quantities, scrap, assigned operator, active program, LRA/CLR data, alarms, production trends and maintenance indicators. The exact data set depends on the connected machine and selected package.

Does MyDural require software installation?

No software needs to be installed on the user’s device for the web interface. Authorized users sign in through a compatible browser, while Dural configures the machine-side connection separately.

Can I use it from a phone or tablet?

Yes. The web interface is designed for computers, tablets and phones, so production and maintenance information can be reviewed away from the shop-floor terminal.

What is the difference between MyDural SM and SM+?

MyDural SM combines engineering tools with live production monitoring, OEE, alarms, tasks and predictive maintenance. SM+ adds work orders, dispatch, material and WIP tracking, quality, traceability, planning and project-specific ERP integration.

How does predictive maintenance work?

MyDural uses machine movements, operation counts and operating hours to track the condition of critical components and systems. Remaining-life and attention indicators help maintenance teams schedule inspection or replacement before unplanned downtime occurs.

Does MyDural replace our ERP?

No. MyDural is built for tube-bending engineering and production execution. In an SM+ deployment, it can exchange relevant work-order, material and production data with an ERP through a project-specific integration.

Can an existing Dural machine be connected?

Many existing Dural machines can be assessed for connection. Feasibility depends on the controller, available signals and required level of data. Dural reviews the machine configuration before confirming the connection scope.
