Both ends in one cycle
Facing, inside chamfer and outside chamfer on both tube ends simultaneously—about twice as fast as a single-side machine.

A double-head chamfering machine that faces and chamfers both tube ends simultaneously—about twice as fast as running each end through a single-side machine.
If you cut tubes to length before bending or welding, the cut ends need chamfering. Burrs, sharp edges and uneven faces cause bad welds, difficult mandrel insertion on bending machines and handling hazards. A double-head chamfering machine does both ends in one cycle—about twice as fast as a single-side machine.
The DuralBend Bora B2 handles inside chamfering, outside chamfering and facing on both ends of the tube simultaneously, in mild steel, stainless, aluminium and copper. Two models are available depending on your diameter range.
Facing, inside chamfer and outside chamfer on both tube ends simultaneously—about twice as fast as a single-side machine.
No hydraulic circuit: cleaner operation, less maintenance and lower energy consumption.
Servo-controlled feeding and inverter-controlled spindle speed—on both approach and cutting—as standard.
Interchangeable grips for different tube sizes, with a safety cover over the cutting area.

Both Bora B2 models work as a facing and chamfering machine: face finishing, inside chamfer and outside chamfer in a single setup, on both ends of the tube at the same time. For shops that previously ran a separate facing operation and then a separate chamfering operation, this collapses two steps into one—cycle time drops, handling drops, scrap drops.
Chamfering blade and die quality is something we've spent a lot of time developing, and it shows in the finish: clean chamfers, consistent results and long tool life. If you also cut tubes to length, the B2 fits a cut-then-chamfer cell, which we can quote together.
Per-model capacities are in the Models & technical data section below.

The chamfering process runs in two inverter-controlled steps, on a fully electric, PLC-controlled platform you tune from the touchscreen.
A fast approach to save cycle time, then a slower, adjustable chamfering speed for a smooth finish—both inverter-controlled, so you tune them per material.
No hydraulic circuit; servo-controlled feeding, cleaner operation and lower energy use.
Multi-language interface with automatic and manual modes, and plain, straightforward operation.
An optional auto feeder loads tubes continuously for high-volume production with less operator involvement.

Core electrical, motion and hydraulic components are selected from established global manufacturers, including Schneider Electric, Yaskawa, Festo, Atos, INA, SICK, Wittenstein and Rossi.

Two models cover Ø20 mm to Ø80 mm. Both are fully electric with servo feeding and inverter-controlled spindle speed, and both face and chamfer both tube ends in a single cycle.

Both models work with mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium and copper. Automatic tube feeding is available as an option. If you only ever chamfer one end, the more compact single-side Bora B1 may suit better.
Tell us your tube size, material and volume—and whether you need the automatic feeding option—and we'll confirm the right double-side machine for your line.
